岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
1. 联合主案设计师完成展陈全案策划，输出策划说明书、大纲及技术方案（含展项形式/多媒体配置/广告植入等）；
2. 基于客户功能需求、审美偏好及精神诉求，提炼核心展陈主题与叙事逻辑，构建展厅空间叙事体系，完成主题分级、章节划分及功能分区规划；
3. 主导数字内容全流程创作（包括但不限于创意脚本/影视文案/交互台词/配音解说等）；
4. 编制并审核所有展示文本（策划案/汇报稿/解说词等），确保内容专业性与客户需求契合度；
5. 建立素材管理体系，统筹图文视频等多媒体素材的采集、制作与验收；
6. 主导策划方案汇报，精准传达设计理念与实施路径，协调平面设计团队完成方案可视化转化，把控汇报文本专业品质；
7. 建立客户沟通机制，全程跟进方案确认与修改迭代；
1、Collaborate with the lead designer to complete the exhibition planning, and output the planning manual, outline, and technical solution (including exhibition format/multimedia configuration/advertising placement, etc.);
2、Based on customer functional requirements, aesthetic preferences, and spiritual appeals, extract core exhibition themes and narrative logic, construct a narrative system for exhibition hall space, and complete theme grading, chapter division, and functional zoning planning;
3、Establish a customer communication mechanism and follow up on the confirmation, modification, and iteration of the plan throughout the process;
4、Lead the entire process of digital content creation (including but not limited to creative scripts/film copy/interactive dialogue/dubbing commentary, etc.);
5、Prepare and review all display texts (proposals/reports/explanatory notes, etc.) to ensure that the content is professional and in line with customer needs;
6、Establish a material management system to coordinate the collection, production, and acceptance of multimedia materials such as graphics, text, and videos;
7、Lead the planning proposal report, accurately convey the design concept and implementation path, coordinate the graphic design team to complete the visual transformation of the proposal, and control the professional quality of the report text;
任职要求/Job Requirements：
1、历史、博物馆文学、新闻、广告、文学、传媒、新媒体、影视编导专业优先考虑；
2、具有较高的文案策划能力，具备清晰的策划思路，能够准确捕捉项目亮点、把握甲方需求和定位；
3、思维敏捷，出色的沟通能力和较强团队意识，工作主动；
4、中文功底扎实，具备文字表现能力和较强的文字驾驭能力；
5、熟练操作各类办公软件，具备PPT画册汇报文本编辑制作经验；
6、熟悉展馆、博物馆、展览类策划经验者优先；
7、入职后，该岗位任职者工作成绩需达到公司绩效考核标准
8、精通PPT高级排版及Keynote动态演示制作；掌握基础PS/AI操作者优先。

2、Having high copywriting and planning abilities, with clear planning ideas, able to accurately capture project highlights, grasp the needs and positioning of the client;
3、Agile thinking, excellent communication skills and strong team spirit, proactive in work;
4、Solid foundation in Chinese, possessing the ability to express words and strong proficiency in writing;
5、Proficient in operating various office software, with experience in editing and producing PPT brochure reports and texts;
6、Familiar with exhibition halls, museums, and exhibition planning experience is preferred;
7、After joining, the job performance of the position holder must meet the company’s performance evaluation standards
8、Proficient in advanced layout of PPT and dynamic presentation production of Keynotes; Mastering basic PS/AI operators is preferred.
