岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
1、根据项目具体要求，参与团队创意策略的研讨和制定，提供创意构思、设计思路、平面规划概念方案等；
2、负责展厅、文化墙、活动室立面等创意平面设计、图文排版等工作以及及上级主管交付的其他设计工作；
3、参与项目方案策划，根据方案规划完成相应的平面设计工作，并负责跟进设计制作和现场安装过程，熟悉基础材料、跟进成果的实现与落地过程；
4、跟进各类跨部门协同项目，与团队共同完成展览设计项目等的各项工作。
1、According to the specific requirements of the project, participate in the discussion and formulation of the team’s creative strategy, provide creative ideas, design concepts, and conceptual plans for graphic planning;
2、Responsible for creative graphic design, graphic layout, and other design tasks for exhibition halls, cultural walls, and activity room facades, as well as other design tasks assigned by superiors;
3、Participate in project scheme planning, complete corresponding graphic design work according to the scheme planning, and be responsible for following up on the design production and on-site installation process, familiar with basic materials, and follow up on the implementation and landing process of results;
4、Follow up on various cross departmental collaborative projects and work together with the team to complete exhibition design projects and other related tasks.
任职要求/Job Requirements：
1、教育背景：本科及以上学历，展览设计、视觉传达设计、艺术设计等相关专业；
2、3年以上展陈相关平面设计经验，具有政府/国企、电力或其他能源行业项目经验优先；
3、了解平面设计的制作要求（包括材质、尺寸、工艺和施工注意事项），熟悉展览展示、终端陈列、活动以及展厅规划，有博物馆、科技馆类展馆相关工作经验优先考虑；
4、技能与技巧：熟练掌握设计软件，有良好的视觉设计感觉、丰富的创意构思，对色彩搭配、视觉效果有较为全面的认识，良好的创意设计表达能力；
5、发展路径：通过对客户的全方位服务实践，提供系统、深入探索广告行业的机会，一般2-3年后可往管理/资深设计师方向发展。
1、Education background: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in exhibition design, visual communication design, art design, or related fields;
2、More than 3 years of exhibition related graphic design experience, with priority given to projects in government/state-owned enterprises, power or other energy industries;
3、Understand the production requirements of graphic design (including materials, dimensions, craftsmanship, and construction precautions), be familiar with exhibition displays, terminal displays, events, and exhibition hall planning, and have relevant work experience in museums, science museums, and exhibition halls is preferred;
4、Skills and techniques: Proficient in design software, with a good visual design feel, rich creative ideas, comprehensive understanding of color matching and visual effects, and good creative design expression ability;
5、Development path: Through comprehensive service practice for clients, provide opportunities for systematic and in-depth exploration of the advertising industry, and generally develop towards management/senior designer direction after 2-3 years.
