岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
1、根据公司战略规划和管理原则制定年度计划、安排日常工作；
2、培养设计部的核心竞争力，配合市场部明确公司的市场定位和发展方向；
3、领导创意设计团队，为客户提供满意的创意设计方案，完成公司的销售指标；
4、负责公司重点项目的接洽、谈判、设计及项目管理等工作；
5、指导和审核部门人员的创意设计方案，监督各项业务的执行过程；
6、建立完善各类别设计模板、设计资料数据库以及应急预案，提高设计部门的工作效率、知识复用、快速反应能力；
7、负责牵头对于设计方向以及未来专业趋势的研讨，拟定计划、深度参与关于空间、视觉、展项等专题研发课题。
8、负责部门的团队建设，组织学习、研讨、观摩与交流，提高全体设计师的综合素养；
9、协调本部门与相关部门以及客户的工作关系；
10、完成领导交办的其他工作。
1、Formulate annual plans and arrange daily work according to the company’s strategic planning and management principles
2、Cultivate the core competitiveness of the design department and cooperate with the marketing department to clarify the company’s market positioning and development direction;
3、Lead the creative design team, provide customers with satisfactory creative design solutions, and complete the company’s sales targets;
4、Responsible for the contact, negotiation, design and project management of the company’s key projects;
5、Guide and review the creative design solutions of department personnel and supervise the execution process of various businesses;
6、Establish and improve various types of design templates, design data databases and emergency plans to improve the work efficiency, knowledge reuse and rapid response capabilities of the design department;
7、Responsible for leading the discussion on design direction and future professional trends, formulating plans, and deeply participating in special research and development projects on space, vision, exhibition items, etc.
8、Responsible for the team building of the department, organizing learning, discussion, observation and communication, and improving the comprehensive quality of all designers;
9、Coordinate the working relationship between the department and related departments and customers;
10、Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
任职要求/Job Requirements：
1、深厚的美学基础和艺术修养，富有激情，空间思维能力强；
2、具有前沿的设计思想、敏锐的视觉感觉及独道的方案设计理念，思路清晰，手绘能力强；
3、具有优秀的职业操守，较强的组织协调与设计管理能力，勇于承受压力和接受挑战；
4、良好的口头及书面表达能力、沟通技巧及团队合作精神；
5、对国内外展览展示、厅馆、商业空间的设计有深入的研究，能指引、推动公司的业务运营；
6、熟悉国内设计施工规范、工艺流程、材料运用和成本分析，对大中型工程有着丰富的设计施工经验；
7、熟练使用AutoCAD、3Dmax、Photoshop等相关软件制作效果图和施工图；
8、正规院校建筑、环艺、室内、展览、工业、美术等设计相关专业本科以上学历优先，从事大型展览、博物馆设计或商业设计8年以上，其中有5年以上设计主管、设计部经理等相关管理经验。

2、Possess cutting-edge design ideas, keen visual sense and unique design concept, clear thinking and strong hand-drawing ability;
3、Have excellent professional ethics, strong organization, coordination and design management ability, and be brave to bear pressure and accept challenges;
4、Good oral and written expression ability, communication skills and teamwork spirit;
5、Have in-depth research on the design of domestic and foreign exhibitions, halls and commercial spaces, and be able to guide and promote the company’s business operations;
6、Familiar with domestic design and construction specifications, process flow, material application and cost analysis, and have rich design and construction experience in large and medium-sized projects;
7、Proficient in using AutoCAD, 3Dmax, Photoshop and other related software to produce renderings and construction drawings;
8、Bachelor degree or above in regular colleges and universities in architecture, environmental art, interior, exhibition, industry, fine arts and other design-related majors is preferred, and has been engaged in large-scale exhibitions, museums or commercial design for more than 8 years, including more than 5 years of relevant management experience such as design supervisor and design department manager.
