岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
1. 负责展厅项目（如政府规划馆、博物馆、企业展厅、各类主题展馆等）的空间设计，包括但不限于：展厅设计图纸制作、效果图表现；
2. 负责展馆项目3D空间的构思、设计、渲染等，对色彩把控及整体构成有良好的运用能力；
3. 配合展示策划向甲方提报方案，独立、高效地根据客户需求，分析项目并充分理解策划意图，完成空间设计，跟进设计项目的实施状况，包括施工现场的对接；
4. 较强的空间想象力和视觉搭配能力，营造独特的空间体验，善于运用材料、灯光的组合，突显设计效果；
5. 对方案进行落地深化，负责硬件、材料的对接，确保项目的落地实施利润把控；
6. 熟悉物料、制作工艺、材质、施工工艺，对最终落地交付负责。
1、Responsible for the spatial design of exhibition hall projects (such as government planning halls, museums, corporate exhibition halls, various themed exhibition halls, etc.), including but not limited to: production of exhibition hall design drawings and rendering representation;
2、Responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and rendering the 3D space of the exhibition hall project, with excellent skills in color control and overall composition;
3、Cooperate with the exhibition planning to submit a proposal to Party A, independently and efficiently analyze the project based on customer needs, fully understand the planning intent, complete the spatial design, and follow up on the implementation status of the design project, including coordination with the construction site;
4、Strong spatial imagination and visual matching ability, creating unique spatial experiences, adept at using combinations of materials and lighting to highlight design effects;
5、Deepen the implementation of the plan, be responsible for the coordination of hardware and materials, and ensure the profit control of the project implementation;
6、Familiar with materials, production processes, materials, and construction techniques, responsible for the final landing and delivery.
任职要求/Job Requirements：
1. 本科以上，展示设计、空间设计、环境艺术、建筑与装潢、艺术与科技等相关专业；
2. 5年以上展厅相关工作经验，需要深化落地经验；
3. 思维活跃，具有快速学习、逻辑思考、理解与归纳、创造等能力；
4. 工作认真积极，善于沟通，表述能力强，具备较强责任心以及团队合作意识和职业道德；
5. 具备设计相关软件（3DMAX、PS、AI、草图大师等），动手能力强；
6.有管理经验优先。
* 此岗位为总监/主管级别。
1、Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in exhibition design, spatial design, environmental art, architecture and decoration, art and technology, or related fields;
2、More than 5 years of experience in exhibition hall related work, with a need to deepen practical experience;
3、Active thinking, with the ability to learn quickly, think logically, understand and summarize, and create;
4、Work conscientiously and actively, be good at communication, have strong communication skills, possess a strong sense of responsibility, teamwork awareness, and professional ethics;
5、Possess design related software (3DMAX, PS, AI, Sketch Master, etc.) and strong hands-on ability;
6、Management experience is preferred.
*This position is at the level of director/supervisor.
