岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
1.深度理解客户品牌定位、展示目标及受众需求(如企业展厅/博物馆/展会特装)；完成概念草图、3D效果图、施工图及多媒体装置规划。
2.负责展厅项目的整体视觉创意设计，包括负责展陈空间的版式设计及相关工作。
3.在设计阶段控制成本，规避超支风险(如替代材料方案)；协调设计修改节奏，避免因图纸变更延误施工。
4.选配符合预算的装饰材料、灯光设备、数字媒体硬件(如LED屏/投影/AR交互设备)；绘制精准的平面图、立面图、节点大样图，标注工艺细节。
1、Deeply understand the customer’s brand positioning, display goals and audience needs (such as corporate exhibition halls/museums/exhibition special decoration); complete concept sketches, 3D renderings, construction drawings and multimedia installation planning.
2、Responsible for the overall visual creative design of the exhibition hall project, including the layout design and related work of the exhibition space.
3、Control costs during the design stage to avoid overspending risks (such as alternative material solutions); coordinate the rhythm of design modifications to avoid delays in construction due to changes in drawings.
4、Select decorative materials, lighting equipment, and digital media hardware (such as LED screens/projectors/AR interactive equipment) that meet the budget; draw accurate floor plans, elevations, and node drawings, and mark process details.
任职要求/Job Requirements：
1.熟练使用相关软件AutoCAD (施工图)、3ds Max/SketchUp (建模)、V-Ray/Enscape (渲染)、Photoshop
2.5年以上展览展示/展厅实际设计工作经验，可提供独立完成的成功设计作品和案例；
3.熟悉展示材料、施工工艺，具有较高的艺术修养和品位，善于沟通，能准确地捕捉客户需求及完整地表达自己的设计思路；
4.工程知识了解建筑规范(消防/无障碍)、材料特性(承重/防火等级)、电路布线行业趋势
掌握数字展厅技术（元宇宙虚拟展厅/AI导览）优先考虑
1、Proficient in using relevant software AutoCAD (construction drawings), 3ds Max/SketchUp (modeling), V-Ray/Enscape (rendering), Photoshop
2、More than 5 years of practical experience in exhibition display/exhibition hall design, and can provide independent successful design works and cases;
3、Familiar with display materials and construction processes, with high artistic accomplishment and taste, good at communication, able to accurately capture customer needs and fully express their own design ideas;
4、Engineering knowledge to understand building specifications (fire protection/barrier-free), material properties (load-bearing/fire protection level), circuit wiring industry trends
Mastering digital exhibition hall technology (Metaverse virtual exhibition hall/AI guided tour) is preferred
