岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:
全面主持部门设计工作，负责设计部内部管理体系建立，监督并加强团队内部管理工作，包含团队周报月报汇总；定期召开团队会议、组内培训；提高成员专业技术水平等等；
Lead and oversee all design-related work within the department. Establish and improve internal management systems, supervise team operations, organize weekly/monthly reports, conduct regular team meetings and internal training sessions, and enhance the team’s professional and technical capabilities.
负责部门设计业务从信息获取、业务跟进、方案效果、设计实施等完整链条监督、跟踪，确保高效运转。
Supervise and manage the full process of design projects, from information acquisition and business follow-up to conceptual proposals and design implementation, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.
按照公司流程及客户需求进行设计策划，将客户的要求及适用的标准要求转化为设计输出，确保设计工作的质量；同时负责团队成员日常管理工作等；
Develop design concepts based on company processes and client requirements, translating them into deliverable outputs that meet quality standards; also responsible for daily team management and task allocation.
具备项目整体预算管控能力；
Possess strong ability in overall project budget control and cost management.
协助公司层级各项工作高效推进并反馈，配合上级领导以及横向部门的工作，并对公司的运营给予支持与建议；
Assist in advancing company-level projects efficiently, cooperate with senior management and other departments, and provide operational support and strategic recommendations.
任职要求 / Qualifications:
创意及设计能力佳，工作认真、仔细，人品端正；
Strong creativity and design ability, meticulous work ethic, and integrity in character.
熟悉展台搭建技术、材质；精通3DMAX等专业制图软件；
Familiar with exhibition booth construction techniques and materials; proficient in professional design software such as 3ds Max.
有一定的应变及沟通能力，能妥善处理客户需求；
Good adaptability and communication skills, able to effectively handle client needs and feedback.
高度的敬业精神及高涨的工作激情，能接受高强度的工作，工作态度积极乐观；
Highly dedicated and passionate, able to work under pressure with a positive and proactive attitude.
5年以上临展展台、展厅等的设计经验，有成功的大型展览（1000平以上）设计案例，有活动类的设计更佳；
Over 5 years of experience in temporary exhibition booth and exhibition hall design, with proven successful cases of large-scale exhibitions (over 1,000 m²); experience in event design is a plus.
