岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities:
跟踪销售流程，代表公司与客户联络，积极开发新客户，宣传推广公司产品，完成业绩指标；
Follow up on the sales process, represent the company in client communications, actively develop new customers, promote company products, and achieve performance targets.
维护客户资源，及时了解、收集市场信息，建立客户档案；
Maintain customer relationships, gather and analyze market information, and establish and manage client databases.
挖掘区域大客户，负责联络开发跟进大客户业务、政府类业务等等；
Identify and develop key regional clients, including major accounts and government-related business opportunities.
负责项目开拓、项目谈判、项目签约等商务工作，拥有良好的业务洽谈能力和沟通技巧，有丰富的客户开拓经验；
Responsible for business development, project negotiation, and contract signing; possess strong communication and negotiation skills with proven experience in client acquisition.
市场方向根据公司整体战略决策。
Align market activities with the company’s overall strategic direction.
任职要求 / Qualifications:
乐于接受挑战性的工作，有较高的敬业精神，喜欢商务公关工作，对销售工作有较高热情，有无经验者均可；
Willing to take on challenging work, with strong dedication and enthusiasm for business development and public relations; experience is preferred but not required.
具有良好的文字功底、沟通表达能力，语言富有感染力；
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with persuasive and engaging presentation abilities.
为人踏实，品德良好，能吃苦耐劳，责任心强，综合素质修养佳；
Honest, hardworking, and responsible, with good moral character and strong overall professionalism.
有自信心、乐观向上，工作态度积极认真，具有团队合作精神；
Confident, optimistic, and proactive, with a positive work attitude and strong team spirit.
有广告、活动、国企、政府等相关公司或岗位工作经历者优先。
Prior experience in advertising, event management, state-owned enterprises, or government-related positions is preferred.
