岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
1、负责项目总体方案设计，包括平面布局，展示整体设计元素的提炼；据需求配合完成项目策划，提出创意构想；与团队一起头脑风暴，产出创意idea，构思出项目的核心理念和空间整体框架，具有大型展示的相关设计经验，
2、参与项目前期策划，积极熟知项目背景、客户需求，收集并研究项目资料，积极参与项目方案研讨；
3、依据需求及整体思路，设计参观动线及功能空间分布；
4、制作空间效果及选择符合整体思路的空间设计配图；
1. Responsible for the overall design of the project, including the floor plan and the refinement of the overall design elements; complete the project planning according to the needs and propose creative ideas; brainstorm with the team to produce creative ideas, conceive the core concept of the project and the overall framework of the space, and have relevant design experience in large-scale exhibitions.
2. Participate in the early planning of the project, actively understand the project background and customer needs, collect and study project materials, and actively participate in project plan discussions;
3. Design the visiting route and functional space distribution according to the needs and overall ideas;
4. Produce space effects and select space design illustrations that meet the overall ideas;
任职要求/Job Requirements：
1、本科及以上学历，艺术、设计等相关专业；3-5年工作经验；有展示展览工作经验优先；
2、熟练操作CAD，PS，3DMAX，SU等绘图软件，C4D优先考虑
3、3D制作展项图及能运用各类平面设计软件处理背景、提取素材，效果图后期制作；运用三维软件建模、渲染；运用CAD排版制作放样尺寸图等
4、配合施工方开展本项目装修前后相关的设计工作对接；能独立完成空间设计方案与现场装修跟进能力，控整体装修的质量与进度。
5、良好的沟通表达能力、有责任心、勤奋乐观为人正直、有团队精神。
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in art, design and other related majors; 3-5 years of work experience; experience in exhibition work is preferred;
2. Proficient in CAD, PS, 3DMAX, SU and other drawing software, C4D is preferred
3. 3D production of exhibition items and the use of various graphic design software to process backgrounds, extract materials, and post-production of renderings; use 3D software for modeling and rendering; use CAD layout to make lofting dimension drawings, etc.
4. Cooperate with the construction party to carry out relevant design work before and after the decoration of this project; be able to independently complete the space design plan and follow up on the on-site decoration, and control the quality and progress of the overall decoration.
5. Good communication and expression skills, responsible, diligent and optimistic, honest, and team spirit.
