岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
1.负责项目的主持设计，熟悉报价预算、商务谈判、合同签订、施工现场协调等；
2.参与公司工程项目的设计管理，提出设计意见，落实设计方案；
3.负责项目的工作进度把控、项目进行的跟踪和监督，负责案例，技术及资源的整理；
4.与各部门团队的配合，用诚意和专业服务好每一位客户，提升客户体验和满意度；
5.具有较高的审美，能对整个设计部产出及项目品质、美观度准确把控
1、Responsible for the design of the project, familiar with quotation budget, business negotiation, contract signing, construction site coordination, etc.;
2、Participate in the design management of the company’s engineering projects, put forward design opinions, and implement design plans;
3、Responsible for the control of the project’s work progress, tracking and supervision of the project, and responsible for the organization of cases, technology and resources;
4、Cooperate with the teams of various departments to serve every customer with sincerity and professionalism, and improve customer experience and satisfaction;
5、Have a high aesthetic sense and can accurately control the output of the entire design department and the quality and aesthetics of the project.
任职要求/Job Requirements：
1.展示美术、室内设计、视觉传达等设计类相关专业毕业，中国美院毕业者优先
2.从事设计工作5年以上，3年以上的展厅展馆、博物管等相关项目经验
3.熟练使用3Dmax、PS等设计软件
4.创意独特，创造力强。了解展厅展馆博物馆等最新装饰材料和各类创意相关技术，可将数字多媒体和互动创意完美结合
5.对多媒体设备有一定了解
6.责任心强，做事认真踏实，具有良好的沟通表达能力和团队管理能力
7.高情商，可与甲方进行有效的设计沟通，且通过设计的专业角度说服甲方
1、Graduated from design-related majors such as exhibition art, interior design, visual communication, etc. Graduates from China Academy of Art are preferred
2、More than 5 years of design experience, more than 3 years of experience in exhibition halls, museums and other related projects
3、Proficient in using design software such as 3Dmax and PS
4、Unique ideas and strong creativity. Understand the latest decorative materials and various creative technologies such as exhibition halls, museums, etc., and can perfectly combine digital multimedia and interactive creativity
5、Have a certain understanding of multimedia equipment
6、Strong sense of responsibility, conscientious and down-to-earth work, good communication and team management skills
7、High emotional intelligence, can communicate effectively with Party A about design, and convince Party A through the professional perspective of design
