Welcome to WeHow (www.wehow.cn). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WeHow website, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms By creating an account, browsing our content, or submitting projects, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a design agency or institution, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights WeHow Original Content: All content created by the WeHow official team, including but not limited to “WeHow Observations,” original videos, “Exhibition Builders” interview transcripts, site architecture, and brand visual identity, is the exclusive property of WeHow.

User-Generated Content (UGC) & Project Submissions: Design agencies, independent curators, and digital art teams who publish project cases on WeHow retain their original copyright. By submitting content (including text, images, drawings, and videos), you grant WeHow a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, and irrevocable license to display, adapt, and distribute said content across our digital media matrix (website, mini-programs, and social media) for promotional and industry-sharing purposes.

Attribution & Accuracy: WeHow is committed to professional attribution. We make every effort to list all project participants, including main designers, multimedia vendors, and photographers. Users must ensure they have obtained explicit authorization from clients (owners) and co-creators before submission.

User Conduct & Prohibited Acts You agree NOT to: Use any automated systems, scrapers, or AI crawlers to harvest project data, images, or contact information from WeHow without explicit written permission. Impersonate any designer or design agency, or provide false information for “Exhibition Builder” archives. Upload content that infringes upon the intellectual property, privacy, or trade secrets of third parties. Engage in any activity that interferes with the platform’s operation or undermines the integrity of the exhibition design community.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability Professional Reference Only: Content on WeHow is provided for inspiration and information purposes only. We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of technical specifications, material data, or project costs provided by third-party contributors. Multi-party Disputes: Given the complexity of exhibition projects, WeHow acts as a neutral platform for display. We are not responsible for any disputes regarding authorship, confidentiality agreements, or commercial secrets arising between clients, designers, and contractors. Third-Party Links: Our Service may contain links to external websites or cloud drives. WeHow is not responsible for the content or security of these third-party links.
Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the professional ecosystem of WeHow.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be submitted to the competent courts in the jurisdiction where WeHow is headquartered.
