岗位职责/Job Responsibilities：
1、负责各类展厅、展馆项目（博物馆优先）方案的创意设计工作，设计方案要具有相当的竞争力；
2、专业工作：展览展示布局设计、装饰装修创意设计、数字多媒体展示设计、大型展厅展馆综合展示设计、三维效果图或设计图的呈现；
3、沟通协调：与客户协调沟通，分析客户需求、充分理解客户意图，正确把握项目设计创意，方案在设计上要能满足客户的展示要求；
4、材料成本：精通各种装饰材料的应用、价格及施工工艺，方案在成本上能够满足客户的预算和公司的成本控制；
5、团队协作：与项目经理、策划配合对客户进行项目方案的汇报，与施工现场经理配合完成项目执行实施的工作；
1、Responsible for the creative design of various exhibition halls and pavilions (museums are preferred), and the design schemes must be quite competitive;
2、Professional work: exhibition layout design, decoration and renovation creative design, digital multimedia display design, large exhibition halls and pavilions comprehensive display design, presentation of three-dimensional renderings or design drawings;
3、Communication and coordination: Coordinate and communicate with customers, analyze customer needs, fully understand customer intentions, correctly grasp the project design creativity, and the design of the scheme must meet the customer’s display requirements;
4、Material cost: Proficient in the application, price and construction process of various decorative materials, and the cost of the scheme can meet the customer’s budget and the company’s cost control;
5、Teamwork: Cooperate with the project manager and planner to report the project plan to the customer, and cooperate with the construction site manager to complete the project implementation work;
任职要求/Job Requirements：
1、道德品质优良，工作态度端正；
2、建筑，环艺，室内设计等相关专业大专以上学历；
3、较高的艺术素养及创意水平，具备独特的设计理念和创新能力；
4、五年以上展示空间的设计经验并有大量成功案例；
5、有规划馆、主题馆、博物馆、科技馆等大型综合展示设计的成功案例者优先；
6、具有一定手绘基础，熟练使用SketchUp，3DMAX，CAD，PS等设计软件；
7、沟通能力强，能快速准确领会方案的设计主题并恰当表现；
8、具较强的团队协作精神，责任心强、能适应快节奏高强度的工作。
1、Good moral character and positive work attitude;
2、College degree or above in architecture, environmental art, interior design and other related majors;
3、High artistic quality and creativity, with unique design concepts and innovation capabilities;
4、More than five years of design experience in exhibition space and a large number of successful cases;
5、Priority will be given to those with successful cases of large-scale comprehensive exhibition design such as planning halls, theme halls, museums, science and technology museums, etc.;
6、Have a certain hand-painting foundation and be proficient in SketchUp, 3DMAX, CAD, PS and other design software;
7、Strong communication skills, able to quickly and accurately understand the design theme of the plan and express it appropriately;
8、Have a strong team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and can adapt to fast-paced and high-intensity work.
