岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1、负责机械臂系统接口的设计、开发与维护，如：基于 ROS1/2 框架进行机械臂系统架构设计和开发；集成各类传感器（如 LIDAR、摄像头、IMU 等），实现数据采集与处理；基于嵌入式平台开发驱动程序和能力集成，实现机械臂硬件接口与控制（如电机驱动、机械臂控制等）；开发机械臂协作、物体检测、抓取等高级功能。
Design, develop, and maintain robotic arm system interfaces, including system architecture and development based on ROS1/2 framework; integration of various sensors (LIDAR, cameras, IMU, etc.) for data acquisition and processing; embedded platform driver development and capability integration for hardware interface and control (e.g., motor drive and robotic arm control); and development of advanced robotic functions such as collaboration, object detection, and grasping.
2、负责机器人路径生成与轨迹规划、动力学与控制等相关算法的研究与实现工作。
Conduct research and implementation of algorithms related to robot path generation, trajectory planning, dynamics, and control.
3、研究并实现机械臂力控柔顺、手眼伺服等控制算法。
Research and implement control algorithms such as force control compliance and hand-eye coordination for robotic arms.
4、编写设计文档和技术文档，规范化输出研发成果。
Prepare design and technical documentation to ensure standardized output of R&D deliverables.
5、完成上级领导交办的其他工作。
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
任职要求 / Requirements
1、熟悉永磁同步电机（PMSM）的结构和控制特性者优先，对控制系统有深入理解。
Candidates with knowledge of Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (PMSM) structure and control characteristics are preferred, especially those with a deep understanding of control systems.
2、自动化、机械工程类、力学类、航空航天类、数学物理类等相关专业，本科及以上学历，知名团队毕业或有相关从业经历者优先；
Bachelor’s degree or above in Automation, Mechanical Engineering, Mechanics, Aerospace, Mathematics, or Physics. Graduates from top institutions or with experience in leading teams are preferred.
3、数学基础扎实，能够运用抽象数学概念解决复杂问题；
Strong mathematical foundation with the ability to apply abstract mathematical concepts to problem-solving.
4、具备良好的英语能力，能够无障碍阅读英文技术文献；
Proficient in English and capable of reading technical literature fluently.
5、逻辑清晰，学习能力强，能快速理解复杂理论知识；
Strong logical reasoning and learning ability, capable of quickly grasping theoretical knowledge.
6、掌握至少一种数学分析工具，如 MATLAB、Mathematica、NumPy、Modelica 等；
Proficient in at least one mathematical analysis tool such as MATLAB, Mathematica, NumPy, or Modelica.
7、熟悉 Python、C++ 等编程语言，具备扎实的编程基础；熟悉基本控制理论，具备良好的数学与逻辑分析能力；
Familiar with programming languages such as Python and C++, with solid coding skills; strong understanding of control theory, mathematical modeling, and logical analysis.
