岗位职责 / Responsibilities
负责企业展厅的整体视觉规划与设计执行，确保设计风格符合企业形象；
Responsible for overall visual planning and design execution of corporate exhibition halls, ensuring consistency with the brand’s visual identity.
设计展览内容及宣传物料，包括但不限于KV、海报、新媒体配图等；
Design exhibition visuals and promotional materials, including but not limited to key visuals (KV), posters, and digital media graphics.
现场跟进设计项目的实施，确保设计效果的准确传达；
Oversee on-site implementation of design projects to ensure accurate presentation of visual effects.
与客户进行有效沟通，确保设计需求的准确理解和满足；
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure accurate understanding and fulfillment of design requirements.
推进项目进度，确保设计作品的及时交付和质量。
Manage project schedules to ensure timely delivery and high-quality outcomes of design work.
任职要求 / Requirements
具备优秀的创意思维和美术基础，能够独立完成设计项目；
Strong creative thinking and solid art foundation, capable of independently completing design projects.
熟练掌握各类平面设计软件，如 Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesign、IDWorks 等；
Proficient in graphic design software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and IDWorks.
具有良好的审美理解和视觉传达能力，能够准确把握设计规范；
Excellent aesthetic judgment and visual communication skills, with the ability to maintain design consistency and quality.
具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够有效推进项目进度；
Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to effectively advance project progress.
对设计工作充满热情，注重细节，愿意接受挑战。
Passionate about design, detail-oriented, and willing to embrace challenges.
加分项 / Preferred Qualifications
有以下行业经验：广告 / 公关 / 会展；
Experience in the following industries is a plus: Advertising, Public Relations, or Exhibition Design.
