Master’s degree or above, preferably in Museology, Archaeology, History, Chinese Language, Journalism, or related fields.
经验/ Work Experience
有展馆设计公司、广告及公关公司、多媒体公司工作经验者优先；
Experience in exhibition design companies, advertising & PR firms, or multimedia companies is preferred.
技能技巧/ Skills and Competencies
1、有历史人文方面的基础知识储备；
Solid foundation in history, culture, and humanities.
2、具有良好的文字功底和文学素养；
Excellent writing skills and strong literary background.
3、具有较好的逻辑思维能力，思路清晰；
Strong logical thinking and clear analytical mindset.
4、语言表达和沟通能力较强，具有良好的团队协作精神；
Strong verbal communication skills and good team spirit.
5、热爱学习和思考，对前沿事物有好奇心；
Curious about emerging trends, with a passion for learning and critical thinking.
6、熟练使用办公软件。
Proficient in common office software.
主要工作内容/ Key Responsibilities
1、收集与研究项目资料，参与项目方案研讨；
Collect and research project materials, and participate in project concept discussions.
2、参与科技馆、博物馆、规划馆、主题公园以及各类展示场所的展示方案策划与撰写；
Assist in planning and writing exhibition concepts for science museums, history museums, planning pavilions, theme parks, and various exhibition spaces.
3、依据方案制作过程中的需求，配合设计人员提交相关展示创意及文案；
Collaborate with designers to provide creative content and exhibition copywriting during project development.
4、配合市场人员做好售前相关工作；
Support marketing staff in pre-sales proposal preparation and presentations.
5、与甲方沟通多媒体展项方案，具有良好的沟通能力；
Communicate effectively with clients regarding multimedia exhibition plans and presentations.
6、配合完成项目实施中所需的展示内容策划与编辑；
Assist in the content planning and editing required for project implementation.
7、文字功底良好，思路清晰，能够完成动画解说词撰写；
Capable of writing clear and engaging scripts for animation and multimedia narration.
8、收集资料及时准确齐全，资料具有可靠性、适用性；
Ensure timely, accurate, and reliable collection of project data and materials.
9、项目资料及时提交，积极配合上级运作项目及组织项目总结会；
Submit project documentation promptly and cooperate with supervisors in project execution and summary meetings.
10、项目过程资料保存完整，积极配合上级进行项目归档；
Maintain complete project records and assist supervisors in project archiving.
11、完成领导安排的临时工作。
Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors.
