教育背景/ Education Background
土木工程专业大学专科；
College degree or above in Civil Engineering.
经 验/ Work Experience
五年以上大中型项目招投标工作经验，三年以上同岗位工作经历；
Over 5 years of experience in bidding and tendering for medium to large-scale projects, with at least 3 years in a similar position.
技能技巧：
1、能独立完成相关专业的招标工作、合同谈判及签订工作；
Capable of independently completing bidding processes, contract negotiations, and contract signing within the relevant professional field.
2、精通精装工程招投标程序和工程建设基本程序，熟悉招投标平台及招投标法律法规；
Proficient in bidding procedures for fine decoration projects and fundamental construction processes; familiar with online bidding platforms and relevant bidding laws and regulations.
3、了解国家有关招投标、合同管理、预决算管理等方面的法律法规。熟悉市场行情并掌握投资估算、工程概预算、成本分析、了解相关财务、法律知识；
Knowledgeable in national laws and regulations concerning bidding, contract management, and budget control; familiar with market trends, cost estimation, project budgeting, and cost analysis, with a good understanding of finance and legal fundamentals.
4、 熟练操作电脑，熟悉各种预结算软件，熟练使用办公软件；
Proficient in computer operations, experienced with various cost estimation and settlement software, and skilled in office applications.
5、具有一定的分析能力、较强的沟通能力、和谐的人际关系。
Possesses strong analytical and communication skills with excellent interpersonal relations.
