职位描述/ Position Title
岗位职责：
1、负责装饰材料的采购、清退、结算、审核；负责市场调研的更新；
Responsible for the procurement, return, settlement, and review of decoration materials, and for regularly updating market research data.
2、熟知各种装饰材料的性能、价格、产地、用途，随时掌握好各材料的市场动态；
Be familiar with the performance, price, origin, and application of various decoration materials, and stay updated on market trends.
3、负责材料询价工作，进行材料市场价格调查，对材料价格进行确认，最大限度地降低工程成本；
Conduct material inquiries, price comparisons, and market price research to confirm pricing and minimize project costs.
4、负责及时协调解决采购物料、生产使用、客户服务过程中所产生的供货及质量问题；
Coordinate and resolve supply and quality issues during material procurement, production, and use, as well as during after-sales service.
5、施工现场资料整理何对接，配合项目经理与甲方开会。
Organize and manage procurement documents for construction sites, and assist project managers in meetings and communications with clients.
任职资格：
1、大专及以上学历，建筑、装修类相关专业优先；
ollege degree or above, preferably in architecture, interior design, or related fields.
2、熟练操作计算机，懂ERP系统操作更佳；
Proficient in office software; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
3、熟悉上海市场建材行情，熟知各类材料的用途及市场价格；
Familiar with the Shanghai building materials market, including material applications and pricing.
4、了解室内装饰行业工作流程，熟悉装饰装修材料规格、特性及相关技术和验收规范；
Familiar with the interior decoration workflow, material specifications, properties, and acceptance standards.
5、3年以上本行业采购经验，对原材料知识丰富，有很强的谈判沟通能力及成本意识；
Minimum of 3 years of procurement experience in the decoration industry, with strong material knowledge, negotiation, and cost control skills.
6、有良好的职业道德和敬业精神。
Strong professional ethics, sense of responsibility, and team spirit.
