At CES 2025, the intelligent cleaning brand NARWAL made a heavyweight debut with its core products and innovative technologies, completing its proactive attack on the brand narrative in the North American market. Behind this wonderful presentation on the global stage, ‘FORMS’, as a full process space design and overseas delivery partner, undertakes the full chain role from brand display experience strategy to on-site execution.
我们深知跨境品牌在海外展览中的关键痛点,从来不是“展台是否足够好看”,而是如何在目标市场真正建立品牌心智。本项目不仅是空间美学的呈现,更是一套面向国际市场的品牌输出解决方案。
We are well aware that the key pain point for cross-border brands in overseas exhibitions is never whether the booth is good-looking enough, but how to truly establish brand awareness in the target market. This project is not only a presentation of spatial aesthetics, but also a brand output solution for the international market.
项目挑战:如何让“中国科技感”成为全球语境的“视觉语言”
Project Challenge: Translating “Chinese Tech Aesthetic” into a Global Visual Language

云鲸希望通过 CES 展示其在智能清洁领域的技术领先性,并强化全球市场认知。但作为一家深耕技术的中国品牌,它更需要一个可以在国际视野中讲好品牌故事、传递产品实力、建立信任印象的空间设计团队。
NARWAL hopes to showcase its technological leadership in the field of intelligent cleaning and strengthen global market awareness through CES. But as a Chinese brand deeply rooted in technology, it needs a space design team that can tell the brand story well, convey product strength, and establish a trust impression in an international perspective.


「FORMS方世」的角色不只是“做出一个漂亮展台”,而是作为全球战略空间顾问,搭建品牌与全球观众之间的沟通桥梁。
The role of “FORMS Fangshi” is not just to “create a beautiful exhibition booth”, but to serve as a global strategic space consultant, building a communication bridge between the brand and the global audience.
策略设计:让展台成为品牌场景的“浓缩表达”
Strategic Design: A Condensed Brand World within a Limited Space
整个展台从设计语言到动线逻辑,围绕三个关键词展开:辨识度、沉浸感、叙事力。
The entire exhibition booth revolves around three key words, from design language to flow logic: recognition, immersion, and narrative power.
品牌识别系统:我们重构了云鲸视觉锚点,一目了然的视觉+显著产品位置,3秒内完成“知道这是什么”。让观众在主通道一眼识别品牌;配合“NEW RELEASE”区域形成热点聚焦。
Brand recognition system: We have restructured the NARWAL visual anchor point, which provides a clear visual and prominent product location, and can complete “knowing what this is” within 3 seconds. Enable the audience to recognize the brand at a glance in the main channel; Cooperate with the “NEW RELEASE” area to form a hotspot focus.


空间体验节奏:从动态灯光装置开启参观节奏,产品演示位与讲解位均避开主视觉区,保持节奏感的分层,逐步引导用户深入,模拟“清洁路径”的空间隐喻。
Space experience rhythm: Starting from the dynamic lighting device, the visiting rhythm is activated, and both the product demonstration and explanation positions avoid the main visual area, maintaining a layered sense of rhythm and gradually guiding users to delve deeper, simulating the spatial metaphor of “cleaning path”.
产品+场景并重:针对不同产品线,我们设置“功能解构区”和“应用情境区”,将技术优势转化为可感知的生活场景。
Dual emphasis on product and scenario: For different product lines, we have set up “functional deconstruction area” and “application scenario area” to transform technological advantages into perceptible life scenarios.
这一切,都是为了在短短几分钟的停留中,让全球观众建立对云鲸品牌的清晰认知与好感联想。
All of this is aimed at establishing a clear understanding and favorable association of the Yunjing brand among global audiences in just a few minutes of stay.

相比前期的“概念策略设计”,更难的是“设计如何落地在海外”。
Compared to the initial ‘conceptual strategy design’, the more difficult aspect is’ how to implement the design overseas’.
