仰望是渠道和服务全直营的高端新能源汽车品牌。自2022至2024年，「FORMS方世」携手仰望进行终端全店型标准化设计(SI)，并先后落地多家旗舰店，为用户提供全链路服务和极致品牌体验。
Yangwang is a high-end new energy vehicle brand with fully self-operated channels and services. From 2022 to 2024, FORMS partnered with Yangwang to standardize all store types (SI) at the terminal level, rolling out a series of flagship stores that deliver a full-service experience and ultimate brand immersion.

作为仰望第一个万平顶级旗舰，由「FORMS方世」独立设计的长沙4S中心店，位于雨花比亚迪基地全品牌旗舰店街区，是在湘落地的首家中心店，辐射湖南全省。
As Yangwang’s first 10,000-square-meter top-tier flagship, the Changsha 4S Center was independently designed by FORMS. Located within BYD’s flagship cluster in Yuhua, Changsha, it serves as the brand’s first center store in Hunan,radiating influence across the entire province.

作为服务能力的最核心载体，中心店不仪仅提供体验销售、交付售后 等服务，更主张延续“以艺术表达科技，以文化赋能体验”的零售主 张，将历史文化、科技艺术完美融合。
As the core carrier of service capabilities, the center store integrates sales experience, vehicle delivery, and after-sales support,while also embracing the retail concept of “expressing technology through art and empowering experience through culture,” seamlessly fusing historical culture with technological aesthetics.

比业迪仰望长沙4S中心店门店共有三层，包括销售展厅、独立展车 区、客休区、精品及选配区、新车交付区、售后区以及多媒体空 间。除了综合购车服务外，中心店也提供了茶室、按摩室、母婴 室、餐厅等多样化客户服务专区。
The Changsha 4s Center spans three levels, housing a showroom, exclusive vehicle display zones, customer lounges, premium and customization areas, new vehicle delivery zones, after-sales service spaces, and multimedia experience areas. Beyond comprehensive car-buying services, the center also offers lifestyle amenities including a tea lounge, massage room, nursing room, and restaurant, catering to diverse customer needs.

The oracle character “electricity” in the brand logo symbolizes more than 3,000 years of Chinese cultural heritage and exploration, showing the evolution of natural forces at the birth of the universe. It carries the radiant energy from the Big Bang, crossing time and space, recording humanity’s gaze toward the future and continuous forward footsteps.

门头－平行光辉 / Doorboard – Parallel Radlance

设计以「电」为起点，两条平行光辉向四方延展，象征着对电能极 限的探索，同时融入赛道美学，呈现汽车如星驰电般的行驶轨 迹，为品牌注入无限想象力与动力。
Taking inspiration from the character “电,” two parallel rays of light extend outward, symbolizing the exploration of electricity’s outer limits. Incorporating racing aesthetics, the design expresses the blazing velocity of cars in motion, infusing the brand with dynamic imagination and energy.

入口－时空之门 / Entrance – Gate of time and space

「时空之门」以汽车的点阵式进气格栅和星际穿越大灯为灵感，大 灯线条勾勒时空光学设计，犹如推开时空之门，以张力十足的视觉 效果引领参观者进入仰望的品牌世界，开启探索之旅。
Named “Gate of Spacetime,” the design draws inspiration from Yangwang’s pixelated grilles and cosmic headlights. It features an optical illusion effect akin to opening a portal through time and space, creating a striking visual experience that ushers visitors into Yangwang’s brand universe.

展示区－能量传递 / Display area – Energy Transfer

综合展示区被打造为巨大的「能量场」，通过视觉与精神内涵的结 合，传递仰望品牌的价值与情感。这里不仅展示汽车的美感，更弓 导人们领悟品牌最纯粹的内在精神。
Designed as a vast “energy field,” the space merges physical form with emotional depth to communicate Yangwang’s values and spirit. More than a showcase of automotive beauty, it invites visitors to resonate with the brand’s core philosophy.

2.仰望之道一一道为规律
The Way Of Yangwang Law As The Dao

“人法地、地法天，天法道，道法自然。”仰望以「自然」为最高美学 标准，将美还原于纯粹与淳朴。通过简约的主材，营造由外至内的三 层空间意境。从室外移步室内，再透过天窗回望自然，空间以品牌故 事为灵感，让参观者在自然状态下感受空间的纯粹与本质之美。
“Man follows Earth, Earth follows Heaven, Heaven follows the Dao, and the Dao follows Nature.”
Yangwang takes Nature as its supreme aesthetic standard, returning beauty to purity and simplicity. Through understated primary materials, it creates a three-layer spatial mood from outside to inside. Moving from outdoors to indoors and then looking back at Nature through the skylight, the space— inspired by the brand story— allows visitors to experience the pure and essential beauty of the space in a natural state.

天窗－仰望姿态 / Skylight – YangWang Posture

引光而下，参观者靠近产品时抬头仰望，这是与品牌的一次共鸣。它遵循自然规律的无意识指引，让人昂首挺胸，展现仰望品牌独特的奢华态度。
Skylight: Natural light descends from above, inviting visitors to look upward when approaching the vehicle – a symbolic gesture of resonance with the brand. It follows an unconscious rhythm of nature, inspiring uplifted posture and reflecting Yangwang’s distinctive expression of luxury.

悬浮阶梯－如履云端 / Suspended stairs – Like walking on the clouds

轻盈优雅的悬浮设计，让光影与石材营造轻灵与厚重交融的层次感。暗藏式灯带增强空间节奏感，让参观者仿若置身云海中。这是 仰望对极致美学的追求，为顾客打造轻盈舒适的沉浸式体验。
With a graceful and weightless structure, the staircase blends light, shadow and stone to create layers of contrast between heaviness and airiness. Hidden lighting enhances the spatial rhythm, immersing guests in a dreamy cloud-like atmosphere – an embodiment of Yangwang’s pursuit of aesthetic perfection
and immersive comfort.

室内环境－留白 / Indoor environment – Leave blank

以「时空之门」为主题，从混沌的宇宙穿越到有序的能量场。整体 空间以浅米灰岩板与自然优雅的肌理为主调，结合极简“留白”美 学，凸显品牌真实与高端质感。在简约中塑造层次感，聚焦产品本 身，展现优雅本质，传递品牌的自信纯粹。
The “Gate of Spacetime” theme guides visitors from the chaos of the cosmos to a harmonious energy field. Using light beige limestone textures and refined, natural finishes, the space incorporates minimalist ‘void’ aesthetics to highlight authenticity and premium character. The design distills elegance from simplicity, drawing focus to the vehicles while expressing the brand’s confident purity.

「道」代表回归事物本质，仰望以用户为中心，秉持“精诚致臻”的服务理念，通过真诚的待人之道感化用户。围绕软装陈设以及仪式感互，展开对舒适「温度」以及「温度」的探索。奢华的细节和多重感官体验赋予信任感，提升品牌的美誉度、专业度与诚信度，带来愉快的合作共识与极致体验。

视觉 / Vision

服务区在软装上沿用仰望汽车内饰-星环座舱的褐色皮革色彩体 系，搭配暖米灰色系环境，营造堪比座舱舒适度的服务洽谈区，在 试用驾驶汽车前就感受到座舱内的温度。
In the soft decoration, the service area follows the brown leather color system of looking up at the interior of the car – Star Ring cockpit, with a warm beige gray environment, to create a service negotiation area comparable to the comfort of the cockpit, and feel the temperature in the cockpit before trying to
drive the car.

服务区属于公共空间，在满足实用性的同时也要有对应的观赏性， 观赏性可以从艺术摆件、绿植等中体现。

触觉 / Haptic Perception

软装质感尽显品牌的奢华，靠枕、地毯、木制地板，沙发皮革为肢 体带来不同触感。当脚从地砖区域走来，从木制地板再踏人地毯 第一时间放下警戒与拘谨，舒适坐下。
Luxurious soft furnishings-including cushions, rugs, and leather seating-offer a rich tactile experience. The transition from tile to wood to carpet underfoot helps customers relax instantly and feel at ease while settling in.

儿童娱乐区打破传统4S的距离感，提供更多元化的服务需求。泡泡 池采用软包边更加安全，柔软触感营造温馨氛围。可升降的圆桌和 圆凳让孩子们享受舒适又富有探索性的空间。

Beyond flavor, the pursuit of natural ingredients reflects a return to authentic Well-being. Premium ingredients and beverages like Evian and Perrier offer a refined sensory treat. 香味影响人的情绪。团队选用最轻盈、放松舒适的香味搭配花艺，呈现清香淡雅的调性。店内的香氛分布在各区，自然节气独特调香，让用户沉浸在东方的浪漫情调中。
Fragrance affects a person’s mood. The team chose the lightest, relaxing and comfortable fragrance with floral arrangement, presenting a light and elegant tonality. The fragrances in the store are distributed in various areas, and the natural solar terms are unique fragrances, allowing users to immerse themselves in the romantic mood of the East.

光幕洗礼，升华交付仪式感
Celestial Light Curtain Elevating The Delivery Ritual

作为交付环节的高潮，仪式感至关重要。通过天花互动光幕对交付车进行洗礼，客户在星尘之下完成交付，透过星光下尘埃的朦胧感来传达新征途的喜悦，服务细节造就极致品质，光幕洗礼是品牌温度体验中最高的升华。当梦想之车出现那一刻伊始，一场览尽世间万象、纵情大地的奢华之旅由此开启。
