苏州是江苏省唯一的国家综合型信息消费示范城市,该体验中心是苏州信息消费从侧重于线上购物的 1.0 时代迈向线上线下各行业深度融合的 2.0 时代的产物, 成为信息消费的新名片、数字化转型能力的聚集地 。同时也是苏州联通展示其创新能力、推动数字经济发展的重要平台。
Suzhou is the only national comprehensive information consumption demonstration city in Jiangsu Province. This Experience Center is an outcome of Suzhou’s information consumption evolving from the 1.0 era, which focused on online shopping, to the 2.0 era characterized by in-depth integration of online and offline sectors across various industries. It has become a new calling card for information consumption and a hub for digital transformation capabilities. Meanwhile, it also serves as an important platform for China Unicom Suzhou to showcase its innovation capabilities and promote the development of the digital economy.
体验中心集成展示了信息消费大数据、工业互联网生产线、VR 虚拟、AR 增强、触控体验等各行业、多家企业的技术与产品,还增加了众多消费方面的应用服务。结合 5G、人工智能、VR 虚拟、AR 增强等技术手段,进行内容呈现。重点围绕联通创新能力、数字产业化解决方案、数字化实践、5G + 工业互联网、全屋智能家居、信息消费产业生态、联通小燕直播等内容展开展示 。
The Experience Center integrally displays technologies and products from multiple industries and enterprises, including big data on information consumption, industrial internet production lines, VR virtual reality, AR augmented reality, and touch-control experiences, while also incorporating a wide range of consumer-oriented application services. Content is presented through technical means such as 5G, artificial intelligence, VR virtual reality, and AR augmented reality. The exhibition focuses on areas such as China Unicom’s innovation capabilities, digital industrialization solutions, digitalization practices, 5G + industrial internet, whole-house smart home, information consumption industry ecosystem, and China Unicom Xiaoyan Live Broadcast.
体验中心户外入口 Outdoor entrance of the Experience Center

序厅区域 Preface Hall
进入序厅,序厅以环形穹顶 + 巨幅宽屏 + 镜面地面营造沉浸式空间,环形灯带强化空间秩序,穹顶模拟天空(蓝天白云)营造开阔感,镜面地面反射画面改善层高问题,提升空间的延伸视觉,构建庄重、沉浸的仪式场景 。
Entering the Preface Hall, an immersive space is created here with a circular dome, a huge wide screen, and a mirrored floor. Circular light strips enhance the spatial order; the dome simulates the sky (blue sky and white clouds) to create a sense of openness; the mirrored floor reflects the images, which not only solves the problem of limited floor height but also enhances the visual sense of spatial extension, thus building a solemn and immersive ceremonial scene.
主题上以 “信息消费 姑苏志” 为核心展示语,搭配 “苏州,一座信息消费的天堂”,紧扣体验中心 “信息消费示范” 定位,将城市特色(姑苏文化)与数字经济主题融合,用空间传递 “数字 + 人文” 双重价值 。
In terms of theme, it takes “Information Consumption: Annals of Gusu” as the core display slogan, paired with “Suzhou, a Paradise for Information Consumption”. This closely aligns with the “information consumption demonstration” positioning of the Experience Center, integrates urban characteristics (Gusu culture) with the theme of digital economy, and conveys the dual values of “digital + humanity” through the space.



时光隧道区域 Time Tunnel
参观完序厅后,进入时光隧道,该区域打造了沉浸式投影空间承接序厅,聚焦通信技术及信息消费发展历程展示,是体验中心 “以空间讲技术演进故事” 的关键场景。融合投影与左右墙+星空顶三面镜像反射结合,消除空间边界,使参观者被发展历程内容 360° 包围,如 “穿梭于通信技术时光隧道”,沉浸式感受信息消费从萌芽到多元的演进轨迹 。
After visiting the Preface Hall, visitors enter the Time Tunnel. This area creates an immersive projection space that connects with the Preface Hall, focusing on showcasing the development history of communication technologies and information consumption. It serves as a key scene in the Experience Center where “the story of technological evolution is told through space”. By integrating projections with mirrored reflections on the left and right walls plus the starry ceiling, spatial boundaries are eliminated, allowing visitors to be 360° surrounded by content about the development history. It feels like “traveling through a time tunnel of communication technologies”, enabling an immersive experience of the evolutionary trajectory of information consumption from its infancy to diversification.

智慧苏州区域 Smart Suzhou
步入智慧苏州区域,环形空间以简洁流畅的形态铺陈开来,到具体内容区域打造明亮的视觉感受。通过四周墙面大屏和多点触控桌面,有序呈现智慧苏州数字产业化、智慧城市建设的多元内容,全馆顶部贯穿蓝色科技底色的氛围标题屏,可根据参观主题需要一键切换成对应主题色和标题内容。
Stepping into the Smart Suzhou area, the circular space unfolds with a concise and smooth form, creating a bright visual experience in the specific content zones. Through large screens on the surrounding walls and multi-touch desktops, diverse content related to the digital industrialization and smart city construction of Smart Suzhou is presented in an orderly manner. A thematic ambient screen with a blue technological base color runs through the top of the entire hall, which can be switched to the corresponding theme color and title content with one click according to the needs of the visiting theme.



5G工业互联网(产业数字化)区域 5G Industrial Internet
来到5G 工业互联网区域,开阔的空间以 “工业互联网看苏州” 为主题,构建出科技感满满的展示场景。顶面裸露的管线搭配线性照明,营造出工业风与科技感交融的氛围,呼应工业互联网主题。沿左侧排布的隆力奇生产线展示区,透明防护栏围合的自动化设备清晰可见,旁边大屏实时呈现生产流程与数据,将 5G 赋能下的智能生产场景直观呈现;右侧区域以蓝紫色灯光点缀展示台,搭配屏幕展示 “二级节点标识解析” 等工业互联网关键内容,整体通过 “设备 – 数据 – 技术” 的空间串联,让参观者沉浸式感受5G如何重塑工业生产生态,解码苏州工业互联网的创新实践。
Upon arriving at the 5G Industrial Internet area, the spacious space, themed “See Suzhou through Industrial Internet”, creates a highly technological exhibition scene. The exposed pipelines on the ceiling paired with linear lighting create an atmosphere that blends industrial style with a sense of technology, echoing the theme of the Industrial Internet. In the Longrich production line exhibition area arranged along the left side, the automated equipment enclosed by transparent guardrails is clearly visible. The large screen next to it displays the production process and data in real time, intuitively presenting the intelligent production scene enabled by 5G. The right – side area uses blue – purple lights to adorn the display platforms, and together with the screens, showcases key Industrial Internet contents such as “Secondary Node Identification and Resolution”. Through the spatial connection of “equipment – data – technology” as a whole, visitors can immerse themselves in experiencing how 5G reshapes the industrial production ecosystem and decipher the innovative practices of Suzhou’s Industrial Internet.


合作生态区域
合作生态区域构建沉浸式生态合作展示空间。顶部交错的线性灯带与环绕式 LED 屏,勾勒出科技感的空间轮廓,营造出开放通透的视觉氛围。中央方形 LED 柱成为空间核心,打破传统平面展示的边界,以立体形态承载多元合作内容。
The collaborative ecosystem area creates an immersive cooperative exhibition space. Staggered linear light strips and surrounding LED screens on the top outline a technologically styled spatial contour, fostering an open and transparent visual atmosphere. The central square LED column serves as the core of the space, breaking the boundaries of traditional flat display and carrying diverse cooperative content in a three-dimensional form.
围绕 “5Gⁿ合作生态”“超级生态圈” 等主题,通过墙面屏幕、展柜陈列与互动装置,串联起苏州购物节、医疗健康生态、文化创意等合作场景,助力苏州当地企业的更多合作和露出。蓝紫色调的科技感底色,搭配绿植点缀柔化空间,既呼应信息消费的数字属性,又传递出开放、共生的生态理念。苏州信息消费产业生态的融合创新与无限可能,强化 “生态共筑、价值共创” 的体验感知 。
Centered around themes such as “5Gⁿ Cooperative Ecosystem” and “Super Ecosystem”, it connects cooperative scenarios including Suzhou Shopping Festival, medical and health ecosystem, and cultural and creative industries through wall screens, showcase displays, and interactive installations, facilitating more collaborations and exposures for local enterprises in Suzhou. The technological background in blue-purple tones, complemented by green plants to soften the space, not only echoes the digital attributes of information consumption but also conveys the concept of an open and symbiotic ecosystem. The integrated innovation and unlimited possibilities of Suzhou’s information consumption industry ecosystem strengthen the experiential perception of “co-building the ecosystem and co-creating value”.

智慧家庭区域 Smart Home
智慧家庭区域聚焦 “智慧客厅”“智慧养老”“智慧教育”“智慧安防” “智慧卧室”“智慧厨房”等场景,设计与功能融合紧密:整体以 “家庭生活空间” 为蓝本,通过真实家居场景还原(沙发、茶几、电视、绿植等),搭配顶部联通品牌符号化造型灯,构建 “科技 + 生活” 的融合氛围。各分区用屏幕、实物(如智能设备模型 )、场景化布置,直观呈现 5G、物联网技术如何赋能家庭生活 ——让参观者沉浸式感受 “智慧家庭” 的全场景应用,传递信息消费 “服务生活、贴近日常” 的价值 。
The smart home area focuses on scenarios such as “smart living room”, “smart elderly care”, “smart education”, “smart security”, “smart bedroom” and “smart kitchen”, with a tight integration of design and function. Taking the “family living space” as the blueprint, the area recreates real home scenes (including sofas, coffee tables, TVs, green plants, etc.) and is paired with symbolic shaped lamps of the China Unicom brand on the top, creating an integrated atmosphere of “technology + life”. Each partition uses screens, physical objects (such as smart device models) and scenario-based arrangements to intuitively demonstrate how 5G and Internet of Things technologies empower family life. This allows visitors to immerse themselves in experiencing the full-scenario application of the “smart home” and conveys the value of information consumption as “serving life and being close to daily routines”.
