安陆李白纪念馆位于湖北省安陆市白兆山风景区内,2012年首次开馆,是全国面积最大的李白纪念馆。2025年,在白兆山提档升级5A景区的总体规划下,纪念馆进行了全面的升级改造,于2026年初以崭新的面貌向社会开放。直径叙事有幸,承担了此次纪念馆的策展、设计及施工制作任务。
或许很多人并不了解诗人李白与安陆的渊源。事实上,安陆是李白一生重要的游踪地和长住地,27岁的李白在此娶妻生子,度过了十余年的时光,留下了200余首诗文,渐成“诗仙”大名。寓居安陆时,李白便长期居住在纪念馆所在的白兆山中。当下,白兆山已成为一处风景秀丽、诗意浓郁的综合文旅景区,是游览观光、文化研学的热门目的地,纪念馆就是景区最核心的文化场馆。
Located within the Baizhao Mountain Scenic Area in Anlu City, Hubei Province, the Anlu Li Bai Memorial Museum first opened to the public in 2012 and stands as the largest Li Bai memorial Museum in China in terms of area. In 2025, under the overall plan of upgrading Baizhao Mountain to a 5A-level scenic area, the memorial hall underwent a comprehensive renovation and reopened to society with a brand-new look in early 2026. Diameter Narration is honored to have undertaken the curation, design, and construction of this memorial Museum.
Many may not be aware of the connection between the poet Li Bai and Anlu. In fact, Anlu was a crucial travel destination and long-term residence for Li Bai. At the age of 27, he married and raised a family here, spending over a decade of his life and leaving behind more than 200 poems and essays, gradually earning his renowned title of “Poet Immortal.” During his sojourn in Anlu, Li Bai resided in Baizhao Mountain, where the memorial hall is situated today. Presently, Baizhao Mountain has evolved into a comprehensive cultural tourism scenic spot boasting beautiful scenery and a rich poetic atmosphere, becoming a popular destination for sightseeing and cultural research. The memorial museum serves as the core cultural venue of the scenic area.

Four Curatorial Keywords
结合项目特质,此次升级改造我们明确了四个核心关键词:文旅底色、当代叙事、浪漫主义、在地视角,希望对“文旅景区里的历史人物叙事”进行一次有价值的策展探索。
Combining the project’s characteristics, we defined four core keywords for this renovation: Cultural Tourism Foundation, Contemporary Narration, Romanticism, and Local Perspective. We aim to conduct a valuable curatorial exploration of “historical figure narration in a cultural tourism scenic spot.”
01 文旅底色:符合当代景区需求的策展体验
01 Cultural Tourism Foundation:Curatorial Experience Meeting Contemporary Scenic Area Needs

纪念馆是一个藏于安陆山中、藏于文旅景区的展馆,受众多为普通观光客和青少年研学团体。与馆藏丰富的大型博物馆不同,这里几乎没有特别有价值的文物展品。因此,在策展最初阶段,我们就清晰地意识到,需要基于项目的“文旅底色”进行策展。
在内容叙事上,注重故事性并深入浅出,不追求曲高和寡;在设计上,注重新技术、增加互动性,如AI、体感互动等;同时,利用空间叙事装置,弥补文物不足的问题,最后,在空间规划上同时提升展馆的商业和服务配套,匹配展区运营需求。
As a memorial museum nestled in Anlu’s mountains and within a cultural tourism scenic spot, its audience mainly consists of ordinary tourists and youth research groups. Unlike large museums with abundant collections, there are almost no particularly valuable cultural relics on display here. Therefore, from the initial stage of curation, we clearly recognized the need to base the exhibition on the project’s “cultural tourism foundation.”
In terms of content narration, we emphasize storytelling that is accessible and avoids being overly esoteric. In design, we incorporate new technologies such as AI and somatosensory interaction to enhance engagement. Meanwhile, we use spatial narrative installations to compensate for the lack of cultural relics. Finally, in spatial planning, we improve the commercial and service facilities of the exhibition hall to meet the operational needs of the exhibition areas.


02当代叙事:在历史人物和当代观众之间架起桥梁
02 Contemporary Narration:Building a Bridge Between Historical Figures and Contemporary Audiences

对于李白这样一位家喻户晓的人物,照本宣科重述一遍他的生平意义并不大。我们更希望在历史人物与当代观众之间建立起有效的链接,拉近彼此间的距离,引起观众的心理共振。
我们不求历史复现,也不会神化李白,更希望通过对李白的再认识与解读,并结合人文地理学、大数据分析等当代研究成果,呈现给观众一个更加有血有肉的、“第一视角”下的李白,看到他的奔波与驻足、率真与挣扎、进取与超脱,唤起每个人对当下生活的思考。
For a household name like Li Bai, simply reiterating his life story as recorded in books holds little significance. Instead, we strive to establish an effective connection between the historical figure and contemporary audiences, narrowing the distance between them and resonating with the audience emotionally.
We do not seek to reproduce history nor deify Li Bai. Rather, through a reunderstanding and interpretation of Li Bai, combined with contemporary research achievements such as human geography and big data analysis, we present to the audience a more flesh-and-blood Li Bai from a “first-person perspective.” Visitors can witness his journeys and sojourns, his candor and struggles, his aspirations and transcendence, evoking reflections on their own lives.



03浪漫主义:感性奔放的诗意世界,契合李白的精神气质
03 Romanticism:An Emotional and Unrestrained Poetic World, Aligning with Li Bai’s Spiritual Temperament

诗歌文学类的内容相对抽象、过于文本化,而展览恰恰需要直观感性的体验。况且在中国历史上,李白是极为难得的浪漫主义代表,其澎湃的生命力、奇绝的想象力堪称空前绝后。对此,展览设计理应回应并珍惜这样的气质。
一方面,我们尝试以文字为核心,在字体系统、影像视觉、空间场景等多个维度,尝试文本的各种可视化呈现;另一方面,也是更关键的,则是通过对李白精神状态和诗词意境的深入理解,建构一个带有浪漫诗意的展览,以契合李白“狂人”、“仙人”的气质。
Literary content such as poetry is relatively abstract and overly textual, while exhibitions require intuitive and sensory experiences. Moreover, in Chinese history, Li Bai is a rare representative of romanticism, with his passionate vitality and extraordinary imagination unparalleled. The exhibition design should accordingly respond to and cherish this temperament.
On one hand, we attempt to take text as the core and explore various visual presentations of text through font systems, image visuals, spatial scenes, and other dimensions. On the other hand, and more importantly, through an in-depth understanding of Li Bai’s spiritual state and the artistic conception of his poems, we construct a romantic and poetic exhibition that aligns with Li Bai’s temperament as a “madman” and “immortal.”


04在地视角:既是“讲安陆的李白”,也是“在安陆讲李白”
04 Local Perspective:Both “Telling Li Bai of Anlu” and “Telling Li Bai in Anlu”
既是“讲安陆的李白”,也是“在安陆讲李白”——这是我们处理在地性和宏观性二者关系的核心策略,并以此确立了展馆的三层主题。
“Both telling Li Bai of Anlu and telling Li Bai in Anlu” is our core strategy for balancing locality and comprehensiveness, and on this basis, we have established three thematic floors for the exhibition hall.
一层“李白诗文中的盛唐中国”,呈现李白整体生平与创作,特别是在安陆时期的成长。
1st Floor: The High Tang China in Li Bai’s Poetry and Prose presents Li Bai’s entire life and creative journey, particularly his growth during his time in Anlu.

二层“李白生活中的精神超越”,既剖析李白的世俗生活,也展现他超凡脱俗的精神追求。
2nd Floor: Spiritual Transcendence in Li Bai’s Life analyzes both Li Bai’s secular life and his extraordinary spiritual pursuits.

三层“李白文化中的传承创新”,讲述后世李白文化在安陆、中国、世界、乃至在每个人心中的千年回响。无论哪一层,都适当侧重安陆的在地视角,但也形成了对李白的整体认知。
3rd Floor: The Legacy and Innovation of Li Bai’s Culture tells the millennium-old echoes of Li Bai’s culture in Anlu, China, the world, and even in everyone’s heart.Each floor appropriately emphasizes the local perspective of Anlu while forming a comprehensive understanding of Li Bai.

1F:李白诗文中的盛唐中国
1F: The High Tang China in Li Bai’s Poetry and Prose

从人文地理学的角度,跟随李白的脚步,看其如何为中国的山河染上他的诗意色彩,安陆在其中又有怎样的意义与地位?
From a human geographical perspective, follow in Li Bai’s footsteps to see how he infused China’s rivers and mountains with poetic charm, and what significance and status Anlu held in this process.

第一展区:李白生平 / First Exhibition Area: Li Bai’s Life
核心是一面大型的动态交互地图——《盛唐行吟图》,以唐宋文学编年地图在线平台作为数据支撑,展现李白的一生足迹,呈现李白在不同时期、不同地域的诗歌创作。
The centerpiece is a large dynamic interactive map—The Wandering Poet of the High Tang—supported by the online platform of the Chronological Map of Tang and Song Literature. It showcases Li Bai’s life journey and his poetic creations in different periods and regions.



在“何以为家”中,我们走进李白一生重要的驻足地,探讨“李白是哪里人”这个有趣的问题?在“唐诗之路”中,结合近年学术热点,为观众解惑,唐代诗人为何能说走就走?
In “Where is Li Bai’s Home?”, we explore important places Li Bai resided in throughout his life and delve into the interesting question: “Where was Li Bai from?” In “Road of Tang Poetry,” combined with recent academic hot topics, we answer the audience’s curiosity: Why were Tang poets able to travel freely whenever they wished?


第二展区:李白在安陆 / Second Exhibition Area: Li Bai in Anlu
以“涢水砚池”为核心,是全馆最大亮点,艺术化地表现“君不见黄河之水天上来”的浪漫诗境,垂暮画面中的瀑布和文字奔腾而下,化成下方砚池水面上的诗中场景。
Centered around the “Yun River Inkstone Pool” this is the highlight of the entire hall. It artistically presents the romantic poetic conception of “The Yellow River’s waters come from heaven”—waterfalls and flowing text in the hanging screen cascade down, transforming into poetic scenes on the surface of the inkstone pool below.



涢水是安陆的母亲河,以其独特的人文和自然底蕴,助力李白成就诗仙之名,千古名作《将进酒》《行路难》,皆作于安陆时期。
李白在安陆的十余年间,共有200余首作品存世,砚池周边即完整呈现所有诗篇,可供观众细细品读。
The Yunshui River is Anlu’s mother river, and with its unique cultural and natural heritage, it helped Li Bai attain the title of Poet Immortal. His masterpieces such as Quiet Night Thought and Hard Roads in Shu were all created during his time in Anlu.
During his more than ten years in Anlu, Li Bai produced over 200 surviving works, all of which are fully displayed around the inkstone pool for visitors to savor.

在“安陆十年”中,我们为观众讲解,李白为何选择安陆?在“何意栖碧山”中,我们更进一步走进李白在白兆山的山居生活。
In “Ten Years in Anlu,” we explain to the audience why Li Bai chose Anlu. In “Why Choose to Dwell on Mount Bi?”, we further explore Li Bai’s mountain life in Baizhao Mountain.


第三展区:诗词中的精神意境 / Third Exhibition Area: Spiritual Artistry in Poetry
解读李白诗中的情绪和意境,通过诗中的喜怒哀乐、山水地标、千般月色月三个维度,各自展现诗词建构的人文意境。
This area interprets the emotions and artistic conceptions in Li Bai’s poems, presenting the humanistic artistic conception constructed by his poetry through three dimensions: joys and sorrows in poems, landscape landmarks shaped by poetry, and the myriad manifestations of the moon.



2F:李白生活中的精神超越
2F: Spiritual Transcendence in Li Bai’s Life

从“人”的视角还原一个更立体的李白,既有家庭、仕途、社交这些世俗生活中的复杂情感,同时也兼具超凡脱俗的道教信仰、狂士风骨以及酒神精神。
From a “human” perspective, this floor restores a more three-dimensional Li Bai—possessing complex emotions in secular life such as family, official career, and social interactions, while also embodying extraordinary Taoist beliefs, mad scholar’s integrity, and Dionysian spirit.
世俗的一面:仕途、社交与家庭 / Secular Side: Official Career, Social Interactions, and Family
李白一生的仕途追求与干谒之路,炽热的政治理想终究难敌复杂的政治现实。
Li Bai’s lifelong pursuit of an official career and his path of seeking patronage—his passionate political ideals ultimately could not withstand the complexities of political reality.


动态交互的大数据图谱,从李白的“朋友圈”到盛唐文人的社交网络。
A dynamic interactive big data map showcases Li Bai’s “circle of friends” and the social network of literati in the flourishing Tang Dynasty.


面对家庭的温情羁绊,李白也是一个会对妻子心怀愧疚、思念儿女肝肠寸断的普通人。
Faced with the warm bonds of family, Li Bai was also an ordinary person who felt guilty towards his wife and deeply missed his children.



超越的一面:道教信仰、酒神精神、狂士风骨 / Transcendent Side: Taoist Beliefs, Dionysian Spirit, and Mad Scholar’s Integrity
道教信仰成为李白的精神栖居之所。利用展馆户外平台,在飘荡的芦苇间,领略李白求仙问道的“逍遥游”。
Taoist beliefs became Li Bai’s spiritual refuge. Utilizing the outdoor platform of the exhibition hall, visitors can appreciate Li Bai’s “free and unfettered journey” in seeking immortality and Dao amidst the swaying reeds.



酒是李白灵感的源泉,也是精神飞升的路径。躺卧的沙发与倾斜的屏幕,向观众发出邀请,进入李白饮酒诗中的醉态世界。
Wine was the source of Li Bai’s inspiration and the path to spiritual ascension. Reclining sofas and tilted screens invite visitors to enter the intoxicated world of Li Bai’s drinking poems.


李白的“狂”,是愤世嫉俗的孤傲、蔑视权贵的叛逆,更是生命超脱的旷达,与庄子、屈原隔空共振。
Li Bai’s “madness” was the loneliness of being cynical, the rebellion against aristocracy, and the transcendence of life, resonating across time with Zhuangzi and Qu Yuan.

3F:李白文化中的传承创新
3F: The Legacy and Innovation of Li Bai’s Culture

从安陆到中国、从中国到世界,讲述李白文化的后世影响与传承。同时,给观众提供一个互动的舞台,吟诵出自己心中的李白。
From Anlu to China, and from China to the world, this floor tells the story of the subsequent influence and inheritance of Li Bai’s culture. Meanwhile, it provides an interactive stage for the audience to recite the Li Bai in their hearts.
我心中的李白 / Li Bai in My Heart
三层核心体验,一个利用AI技术的诗词吟诵互动舞台。邀请观众大声诵读李白诗文,共同汇成一面大幅诗文题壁。
通过AI技术,可以识别观众诵读的不同语气,并将其转换并生成为不同字体,让谪仙的诗魂,在您的声音中获得新的生命。
The core experience on the third floor is an interactive poetry recitation stage utilizing AI technology. Visitors are invited to loudly recite Li Bai’s poems and essays, which collectively form a large wall of poetry.
Through AI technology, different tones of the audience’s recitation can be identified and converted into various fonts, allowing the poetic spirit of the Exiled Immortal to gain new life through their voices.



李白文化在安陆、在中国、在世界 / Li Bai’s Culture in Anlu, China, and the World
李白成为跨越地域与时代的文化符号,从三个视野层面介绍李白文化的传承创新。
Li Bai has become a cultural symbol transcending regions and eras. This section introduces the inheritance and innovation of Li Bai’s culture from three perspectives.



结语
Conclusion
从“张之洞与武汉博物馆”到“安陆李白纪念馆”,直径叙事团队已经完成了两个以历史人物为主题的展馆作品。两个项目其实有不少相似之处,如人物有很高的全国知名度、侧重讲述历史人物和在地城市的链接,同时又都缺乏馆藏文物展品、缺乏馆方研究力量。不夸张地说,这是当下很多文旅景区里历史人物展馆的普遍现状。
通过这两个作品的实践,直径叙事团队确实积累了一定的创作经验,可以因地制宜来面对这样的项目。张之洞与武汉博物馆完成后,赢得了不少观众的好评。对于安陆李白纪念馆,我们也有信心它会被大家所喜爱。同时,更希望我们的经验能帮助更多的历史人物主题展馆,共同探索出一条更成熟的策展创作路径。
From the “Zhang Zhidong and Wuhan Museum” to the “Anlu Li Bai Memorial Museum,” the Diameter Narration team has completed two exhibition hall projects themed on historical figures. The two projects share many similarities: the figures enjoy high national popularity, the focus is on the connection between historical figures and the local city, and both lack collected cultural relics and in-house research capabilities. It is no exaggeration to say that this is the common status of many historical figure exhibition halls in cultural tourism scenic spots today.
Through the practice of these two works, the Diameter Narration team has indeed accumulated certain creative experience to address such projects according to local conditions. After the completion of the Zhang Zhidong and Wuhan Museum, it has received many favorable reviews from the audience. We are also confident that the Anlu Li Bai Memorial Museum will be loved by everyone. Meanwhile, we hope our experience can help more historical figure-themed exhibition halls and jointly explore a more mature curatorial and creative path.
