The Wuhan Real Estate Group Brand Pavilion is yet another corporate exhibition hall project accomplished by Diameter Narrative Design. In the organization of space, content, form, and media relations, we emphasize the transformation of experience, highlight art and interactivity, and establish a rich perspective for viewing… making the exhibition itself a wonderful garden experience.
Based on the combined usage requirements, the exhibition hall is divided into four areas, covering functions such as exhibition display, corporate reception, employee cultural activity construction, and leisure and recreation. We have utilized a rich spatial experience to construct this comprehensive cultural space with corporate exhibition as the main body.
1. Consisting of both rationality and sensibility – the path of development
Walking slowly up the ramp, the sunshine shines through the “scaffolding” laden with honors onto the wall of the development chronicle. The reorganized chronicle highlights the division by stages, in order to conform to the reading structure of the viewers in the space; while the “scaffolding device” is an artistic expression of the characteristics of corporate urban construction, which, together with the circulation of honors, sunshine, and cloud shadows, constitutes a picture full of breathing sensation.
2. The contrast between inside and outside, virtual and real – a window into the future
In this alien space filled with blue hues, every window extending from the inside out represents the potential future of the group. Inside the windows, there are solid development strategies and also skylights symbolizing courage; while from the outside, the spatial form resembles a giant crystal brimming with energy.
3. The Duality of City and Model – Achieving the Hall of Fame
Here, the project model serves as compelling evidence of the enterprise’s involvement in urban construction, outlining the enterprise’s achievements alongside the real urban scenery outside the window, and also echoing the mutual shaping between the enterprise and the city in terms of content.

4. Total Immersion in Spatial Transformation – The Majestic East Lake
Breaking through the vastness where the sky and water meet, and transcending the distance of real space, we immerse the audience in a fully immersive audio-visual experience, allowing them to wander amid the shimmering waves of East Lake.

5. Linker Of Real Spatial Orientation – The Realm Of Time Travel
The “Mirror of Transcendence” mounted on the second floor serves as a hyperlink to cities based on real geographical relationships. The audience actively controls the direction of the device to activate videos corresponding to city projects, and through the observation perspective established by the “telescope” device, narrates the history, moments, and deposits of the city…
6. Experience From The Senses – Natural Breathing
The open skylight on the top occasionally reveals tree shadows, or is filled with evening glow, or stars twinkle in the sky, constantly changing to construct time… Camphor leaves emit a natural scent, scattered casually with stones in the courtyard. The photographic works on the walls capture the beauty of details in corporate construction projects with the naked eye. The sound of birds and insects, emanating from an unknown source, provides an opportunity to step outside.
7. Indoorization Of Outdoor Forms – Corporate Living Room
To enhance human comfort in the space, indoor planting resembling an outdoor garden is carried out under sufficient lighting conditions. The spatial separation formed based on planting zoning ensures the privacy needed for rest and communication. The introduction of an outdoor suspension bridge not only connects the second floor and enriches the viewing perspectives in the space, but also becomes a highlight in the space.
