寻觅英才——Tinkoff 银行 Finopolis 2018 展台设计 / Inty++

2018 年金融城 (Finopolis) 不仅是金融和 IT 界人士的聚会场所，也是年轻专业人士的交流平台。参与此次论坛为银行招募年轻人才提供了绝佳机会。Tinkoff 银行委托我们为其打造一个生动有趣的互动展台，用于展示其最新的社会福利项目和人才招聘服务。
Finopolis 2018 is a meeting place not only for representatives of the financial world and IT, but also for young professionals. Participation in the forum provided an excellent opportunity for banks to recruit young talents. Tinkoff Bank addressed us with the task of creating a bright interactive stand for demonstrating its new social programs and headhunting.

理念与方法
Idea & approach

本次展览旨在打造一个互动探索空间，让参观者能够深入了解职业契机，并依托 Tinkoff 的人力资源方案定制最优的职场发展路径。展位由三个核心功能区构成：教育资讯区，通过多媒体屏幕展示 Tinkoff 银行发起的最新教育项目与课程；智力挑战区，专为数学逻辑题解答而设；以及职业导航区，参观者可通过交互屏完成职业问卷，获取个性化的职场建议。
The idea was to create a space where people could learn about career opportunities and find the best work trajectory with HR solutions from Tinkoff. The stand was divided into three zones. A screen from where a visitor could learn about new educational projects and courses organized by Tinkoff Bank. Area for solving math problems. An interactive screen with a career questionnaire.

我们设计了一套极具实效的交互机制，助力银行精准发掘并储备优秀青年人才。参观者通过回答关于专业资质与工作经验的测试题来获取积分；积分表现优异者将直接获得 Tinkoff 银行的面试邀请函。在展台现场，一只色彩斑斓的“独角兽”化身为交互向导：它会根据用户的实时回答做出灵动的反应，并给予极具情绪价值的反馈，让枯燥的职业测评转化为一场生动有趣的沉浸式互动。
We delivered an interactive mechanic that helped the bank to find and collect talented young people. By answering the questions about qualifications and work experience a visitor could earn scores. People with the highest scores were granted an invitation for a job interview in Tinkoff Bank. A colorful Unicorn was a guide on the stand: he reacted to the responses of users and gave emotional feedback.

现场欢迎参观者随机抽取数学挑战卡并尝试现场解答。表现卓越的参与者将获得丰厚的即时奖励：奖品涵盖了实用有趣的精美礼品，乃至 Tinkoff 银行暑期实习的宝贵名额。整个挑战过程始终依托于一套极具趣味性的数字基础设施，为参与者营造出一种沉浸式的竞技与探索体验。
Visitors were welcome to select a card with a mathematical task and try to solve it. With the maximum result, the participant could win prizes: from small pleasant and useful gifts to a summer internship at the Tinkoff Bank. All this process was accompanied with an entertaining digital infrastructure.
